THREE15 STUDIO Overview
THREE15 STUDIO offers a variety of fitness classes designed to target different areas of the body in each session. The signature THREE15 class combines cycling, barre, and strength training, lasting 55 minutes. Starting with a cycling warm-up and ending with a full-body stretch, it provides a comprehensive workout experience. RIDE45 is a 45-minute cycling class focusing on legs, arms, and core. BONUS RIDE extends the THREE15 class with an additional 20-minute cycling session. THIRTY5 offers a condensed version of the signature class in just 35 minutes.
BASIC is a slower-paced introduction to the THREE15 method, ideal for new clients. STRENGTH45 combines rhythm-based cycling with strength training using heavier weights. EXTEND45 focuses on flexibility, mobility, and strength improvement in a 45-minute session.
